About the job

Load, unload, move, and store construction materials. Assist skilled workers, technicians, and supervisors with daily tasks. Clean and prepare work areas. Remove construction debris and waste. Carry tools, equipment, materials, and supplies around the site. Assist with digging, excavation, mixing, lifting, and basic site preparation. Help with loading and unloading deliveries. Follow instructions from supervisors and site personnel. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas. Follow all site safety rules and procedures. Perform other general duties as assigned.

Requirements

Supervise construction workers, skilled tradespeople, and general laborers. Plan and assign daily tasks to site personnel. Monitor progress and ensure work is completed according to schedules. Ensure construction work meets drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate activities between different trades. Monitor the use of materials, tools, equipment, and manpower. Identify and report delays, defects, or site problems. Maintain accurate daily site records and work reports. Enforce health and safety procedures on site. Conduct regular site inspections. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, engineers, and subcontractors. Ensure the site is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
